Sussex Guide 2018
It’s always a thrill to come across such an historic pub. A traditional wood-fronted building in the picturesque village of Alfriston, Ye Olde Smugglers Inne dates back to 1358 and was once, as the name suggests, a den for smugglers.
Owner Lisa Thompson has put the pub back on the map.
VOTED RURAL PUB OF THE YEAR For the second year running we have had the CAMRA award for the selection of locally-brewed real ale
